Registration and Payment

Registration is for both days of the conference. The registration fee includes a conference kit, access to all sessions, conference program, abstract booklet, and e-certificate for presentation and attendance. Refreshments are provided during morning and afternoon breaks together with a buffet lunch. Our welcome reception is on the inaugural day. Please be advised that the registration fee does not include accommodation.

Payment details

  1. After receiving the abstract acceptance notification, an invoice will be issued for your payment.
  2. Requests for invoice revisions (e.g., name, affiliation, tax ID) must be submitted before making the payment.
  3. For group payments, please list all participant names when submitting the proof of payment.
  4. Participants may make payments only via bank transfer. Any transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.
  5. Students are required to submit a valid (non-expired) student ID or relevant documents for student verification.
  6. Please ensure the payer’s name matches the participant’s name, or clearly indicate the participant’s details in the payment reference.
  7. All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for schedule conflicts, travel issues, visa denials, cancellations, or absence. Payments must be made in one currency per transaction (e.g., local and international rates cannot be combined).

  9. Please complete the payment by 20 August 2026. Late payments may not be accepted.
